These Terms of Service explain the rules for using MY Service and the AI Content service available at https://myservices.ge/ai-content/.

By using the website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service provider

MY Service provides online digital tools, including AI image generation, user profiles, credits, payments and account login options.

2. User account

To use some features, you may need to create an account or sign in using Google, Facebook or phone number.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating or updating your profile.

3. Login methods and account linking

MY Service may allow users to sign in with Google, Facebook or phone number.

If the same verified email, phone number or social login belongs to an existing account, MY Service may link the login method to the existing profile instead of creating a duplicate account.

This is done to protect user accounts, credits, payment history and generation history.

4. AI Content service

AI Content allows users to select a style template, upload their photo and generate an AI-based image result.

The generated result may depend on the uploaded image, selected template, prompt, AI model, quality option and technical limitations.

MY Service does not guarantee that every generated image will be perfect, identical to a reference image or suitable for every purpose.

5. Uploaded content

You confirm that you have the right to upload and use any photo, image or content submitted to MY Service.

You must not upload content that:

• Violates the rights of another person
• Contains illegal material
• Contains harmful, abusive or fraudulent content
• Violates copyright, trademark or privacy rights
• Is intended to impersonate another person without permission
• Violates applicable laws or platform policies

MY Service may refuse, block or remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Generated content

Generated images are created automatically by AI systems. Results may vary.

You are responsible for how you use generated images.

MY Service may apply watermarking to medium or preview quality results if configured by the service.

High quality results may be provided without watermark if the selected package allows it.

7. Credits and payments

MY Service may use a credit system.

Unless stated otherwise:

1 credit = 1 GEL.

Credits can be purchased through the available payment method on the website.

Credits may be used for AI generation, high quality output or other paid features.

Credit prices, packages and generation prices may change from time to time.

8. Free limits

MY Service may provide free generation attempts or free usage limits.

Free limits may be different for guest users and registered users.

MY Service may use cookies, IP checks, account checks or other technical methods to prevent abuse of free limits.

MY Service may change, reduce, pause or remove free limits at any time.

9. Refunds

If a paid AI generation fails due to a technical error, MY Service may automatically return credits to the user account.

Payments already completed through payment providers may be refunded only according to the refund rules of MY Service and the payment provider.

Credits spent on successful generations are generally not refundable.

10. Payment processing

Payments may be processed through WooCommerce and third-party payment providers.

MY Service does not store full bank card details.

Payment confirmation, failed payment or refund processing may depend on the payment provider.

11. Prohibited use

You must not use MY Service to:

• Break the law
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attack, overload or abuse the website
• Bypass payment or credit systems
• Bypass free usage limits
• Reverse engineer or copy the service
• Use fake, stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Use another person’s personal data without permission
• Generate content that violates the rights of others

MY Service may update, change, pause or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

AI generation may fail due to technical, provider, payment, moderation, file or connection issues.

13. Third-party services

MY Service may use third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google Login
• Facebook Login
• SMS providers
• Payment providers
• AI processing providers
• Hosting and security providers

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Intellectual property

The MY Service name, design, interface, platform structure, software and service logic are owned by MY Service or its licensors.

Users must not copy, resell or reproduce the platform without permission.

15. User responsibility for generated content

You are responsible for checking whether generated content can be used for your intended purpose, including commercial, advertising, social media or printing use.

MY Service is not responsible for how users publish, distribute or modify generated content after download.

16. Account suspension

MY Service may suspend or terminate an account if the user:

• Violates these Terms
• Abuses the service
• Attempts fraud
• Uploads prohibited content
• Bypasses payment or limits
• Harms the website or other users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MY Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
